9/10 · Beyond thunderdomeThe Holy Grail and a Trinity piece: a beautiful 13mm case, my favourite matte black Seiko dial and a quiet bezel, though the protected crown is hard to undo if someone like Mr Jun has screwed it in like he's going to die.

9/10 · Beyond thunderdome · Gethin's ownA massive behemoth, even bigger and thicker than the Willard and over 200g, with a fantastic ETA 2892 that still runs fantastically after about three years and a bracelet you'd never want off, though the bezel's slightly misaligned.

9/10 · Beyond thunderdome · Mr JunOne of my favourite twerps in the history of clockage and the most elegant of the Trinity, with one of the best Seiko bezel actions available, let down by Mr Jun's stamped 6R bracelet and clasp; it looks better on its rubber.

10/10 · Unreal scenarioMy favourite dive watch of all time, the grandfather of all Marinemasters, with a 36,000 beat movement and my favourite case of any twerp, a mirror-polished piece of perfection.

8/10 · For the beeeechYou've all seen it before: ETA 2824, the usual Doxa beads of rice, wears so comfortably, and another favourite of mine.

9/10 · Beyond thunderdomeA behemoth in miniature with the best lume of any Doxa I've handled and a fantastic bracelet, but the case bottom sticks up so much it wears very tall.
