An SPB143 on growth hormone: the Astrolabe won't get you to Aldi

One of my least favourites

Wrapping up, one of my least favourite twerps in the box, and one of Mr Jun's favourites. The SLA065 Astrolabe. Basically an SPB143 on growth hormone. It has a silly dial modelled on some navigational tool called an astrolabe, which will get you nowhere fast if you try to use it to find Aldi. Limited edition, number 873 of 1300 I believe. 200 metres, 8L35. It came on a crappy blue rubber strap, no bracelet, so Mr Jun's upgraded it to the SPB143 bracelet. They fit each other. Interchangeable.

Verdict

It's a nice watch. I'm just not keen on the dial and the blingy nature of its bezel. Great watch nonetheless. It's an 8L35, it's a Seiko. Come on guys, what more do you want? It's lovely. Never give up.
